1. Description of Service

Prayward is a gamified prayer tracking application that allows users to create prayer quests, maintain a prayer journal, and record answered prayers as testimonies. The app is designed for personal spiritual growth and reflection.

2. Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for using Prayward. The app does not collect personal data and is suitable for users of all ages. If you are under 18, we encourage you to use the app with parental awareness.

3. User Content

All content you create within Prayward (prayer quests, journal entries, testimonies, display names) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, view, collect, or store any user-generated content.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Prayward offers optional premium features available through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
• Subscription prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and must agree to continue.

5. Free Tier

Prayward provides core functionality at no cost, including a limited number of prayer quests, journal entries, and avatar options. Free tier limits may be adjusted from time to time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prayward only for its intended purpose of personal prayer tracking and spiritual reflection. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any part of it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, characters (including Embermane and Arkane), and other materials within Prayward are the intellectual property of Prayward and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app materials without prior written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary: your prayer and journal data stays on your device. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, which receives only an anonymous user ID and subscription status, never your prayer content or personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prayward is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The app is a tool for personal spiritual reflection and is not a substitute for professional spiritual counseling, mental health services, or medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prayward and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the app.

11. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, app deletion, operating system updates, or any other cause. We recommend that you maintain regular device backups.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
